Jessica Le is a singer/songwriter currently based in Toronto, ON. Growing up in a musical family, she has always been singing and playing instruments from a young age. Her musical interests took off when she began piano lessons at the age of 5 years old. As she began to learn various techniques that helped her play around with chords and melodies, Le discovered her love and passion for song writing. Constantly creating and experimenting with new music, Le taught herself the guitar at the age of 15 which has now become a big contribution to her songwriting. Early influences include Alicia Keys and Taylor Swift, and more recent ones feature such artists as Ingrid Andress and Alec Benjamin. Technical yet introspective, Le uses her background and knowledge in classical piano and guitar to form powerful and heartfelt melodies and lyrics to portray emotion through song.

While focusing on her craft between the walls of her bedroom and in the recording booth, she often performs live as well. Playing both piano and guitar, Le uses her knowledge of the two instruments to put an acoustic spin on songs everyone loves and recognizes. Along with covering well known songs, she also writes and performs many of her own songs that are inspired from folk and indie pop influences. Le's output of original music reflects the ups and downs life has to offer. From raw and vulnerable ballads like "Balcony" to fun and upbeat songs like "Short Term Love," she puts forward a rollercoaster of emotions, pulling from all the personal experiences in her life.
